              公司產品技術背景介紹如下:
              模塊化不銹鋼雙盤式浮頂技術背景:
               輕質油常壓內浮頂儲罐實際運行過程中,內部存在油氣揮發性有機物與空氣的混合氣相。經過長時間的揮發,油品達到當前壓力下的飽和蒸汽壓,儲罐在進行大呼吸、小呼吸過程中,持續不斷的與外界環境進行傳質,致使高分壓的油氣不斷排放到環境中,不僅造成很大的能源浪費和巨大的經濟效益損失,而且造成嚴重的環境污染。針對此種情況我公司團隊經過不斷探索研發,最終“模塊化不銹鋼雙盤式浮頂”應運而生。安裝簡易,在運行過程中,浮盤完全與油品實現全接液,消除油氣空間。浮盤和罐壁之間采用高效密封裝置,降低了收發油品而產生的油氣損耗;同時對于相關附件做了完備的密封措施,顯著降低了浮盤邊緣密封損耗、附件損耗、盤縫損耗。解決VOCs揮發散逸的同時,降低了儲罐的安全隱患,且完全滿足國家標準規范要求。
              揮發性有機物(vocs)在線監測系統技術背景:
               隨著公眾對環境保護的認知水平和對生態環境質量的要求也越來越高,石油化工行業 VOCs以及其中有毒有害氣態污染物的排放對周邊空氣質量的影響也日益成為公眾關注的焦點, VOCs 排放控制的壓力也越來越大。為連續、準確、可靠、完整地反應全范圍內環境空氣質量和空氣污染物現狀及其發展趨勢,并根據國家相關法律法規的要求對石油化工行業排放的大氣污染物進行有效治理,必須建設一整套實時、在線和智能的綜合監測系統。
              高溫納米節能涂層技術背景:
               目前,國內加熱爐節能涂層技術良莠不齊,魚龍混雜,800℃以下工業爐雖應用普遍,但節能效果優劣不一;而對于高溫工業爐,諸如乙烯裂解爐1000℃以上操作溫度、強對流、強氣蝕惡劣工況,往往涉獵公司較少,即便有個別技術方本著試一試的態度進行應用,其結果最終都不太理想,多數以失敗告終。

              油漿過濾技術技術背景:
               煉油廠催化裂化裝置外甩油漿的量約占原料總量的3%-5%,這些油漿資源全國每年至少有900萬噸以上。催化裂化裝置外甩油漿中夾帶催化劑微顆粒,其含量一般約為500~7000μg/g,一般油漿中顆粒的分布為0.5~200μm,峰值為10~40μm。這些催化劑微粒, 嚴重限制油漿的后續再加工,所以必須要除去。這些過濾后達標的油漿可以根據實際組分,分別去往芳烴抽提、延遲焦化、溶劑脫瀝青、調和和重質船燃等裝置。

              高效萃取和深度油水分離技術背景:
               分餾塔頂循環油結鹽及腐蝕是常減壓、催化、延遲焦化生產中的一個問題。 油品中的硫、氯等多種雜質的存在,在分餾塔頂部與高溫油氣中的氮化物反應生成NH4C1,最終在分餾塔塔頂低溫區結晶析出。
